How it turned out for me
Today I tried a new recipe called “Quarkkeulchen,” which look like pancakes but are mainly made with potatoes, quark, and flour. I was really looking forward to making this recipe because it looked so delicious in the picture, but it ended up being a complete disaster. The dough turned out way too wet, and when I tried to cook them in the pan, they didn’t cook through and darkened very quickly. What I’ve learned from this experience is that not everything will turn out the same way for me as it does for others—and that’s okay because I’m different. That said, if you decide to try the recipe and yours turn out looking exactly like the picture, please send me a photo of your delicious “Quarkkeulchen.”
