About me
Hello! My name is Anastasia. I’m 20 years old and come from Denmark, near the border with Germany. I grew up with two cultures and two countries, Germany and Denmark. Therefore, I master both the German and Danish languages fluently.
I have a passion for various sports. I was actively involved in wheel gymnastics for 10 years, starting in 2012. I have always enjoyed running and have been doing strength training since I was 14. For the past year, I have been training in a hybrid style, combining running and calisthenics. I would also love to incorporate swimming into my training plan, but I haven’t had the chance yet.
Besides sports, I enjoy reading a lot and always strive to educate myself further. Recently, I started learning to play the guitar. I am also trying my hand at blogging, where I share my thoughts and interests, hoping to connect with like-minded people who share my passions.
I strive for a balanced life and do what makes me a satisfied person. I am very open-minded about everything in the world and try to approach new things objectively and with interest. I believe that everyone should stay true to themselves and follow the path that feels right for them.
I am very reflective and work a lot on my personality. A healthy lifestyle is very important to me, as it helps me manage daily life and ensures I have the energy for the day. Therefore, I prioritize healthy and balanced nutrition, enjoy being active, and take care of my mental health.
I love nature and the sea, and I am passionate about traveling and discovering new things. Exploring different places and experiencing new cultures enriches my life and broadens my perspective.
One of my major areas of interest is neuroscience. Increasingly, research reveals how our lifestyle affects our health and how significantly it influences our brain. The more we discover about the functions of our brain and the entire nervous system, the better we can understand and draw conclusions about humans as a whole.
I also believe it is important to be a global citizen and actively contribute to society. For the development of a more peaceful and just society, I see it as my responsibility to be critical of political and societal events and to be there for my fellow citizens.
